If you have decided to purchase the plan, all you would need to do is complete the application and submit it to SRI along with the appropriate premium.  If you choose to print out the application and either mail or fax it in, SRI will process the application within 24 hours of receipt and place an ID Card and Program Summary in the mail to your address.  If you use the online application, it will be processed instantly!

Should the Insured Person suffer a Myocardial Infarction or Stroke during the Period of Coverage and it is determined to be a "Pre-Existing Condition", coverage for those expenses will be covered up to the Pre-Existing Condition Benefit maximum, according to the Schedule of Benefits, see benefits for details. Without this unique benefit from SRI, international travelers may have to pay from their own pocket for medical expenses due to the pre-existing condition exclusion clause that is found with most travel medical programs. Travel Medical Insurance should be simple... and it is with SRI's InBound Hospital plan.  Each plan brochure describes the product in great detail.  In addition, the brochure lists the rates as well as provides an application for enrollment.  All programs are guarantee-issue, meaning that you can not be declined for coverage.  Once SRI receives the completed application and appropriate premium, coverage is issued.  If we receive a completed application and correct premium before 1 PM (Indianapolis time), we'll process the application and place an ID card in the mail that day!
