5 days and 3 years depending on the plan you choose. They are guaranteed
issue, meaning there are no health questionnaires to complete, only a
simple application and your policy is issued. They offer limited coverage
in your country of citizenship/residence. They don't cover things like
maternity, physicals or pre-existing conditions (with limited exceptions).
They should be considered international sickness/injury plans. You might

Patriot Series - Comprehensive Benefits
Designed for the international traveler
There are two Patriot products available to meet your needs. Each
plan provides up to US$2,000,000 of medical coverage. The Patriot
Series provides coverage for people traveling outside their country
of citizenship for a minimum of 5 days up to a maximum of two years

Inbound IMMIGRANT - Scheduled Benefits
Inbound Immigrant was developed to

Inbound HOSPITAL - Scheduled Benefits

Comprehensive Benefit Plans
This type of plan design is much better coverage than a Scheduled Benefit plan. With this type of plan your "out of pocket maximum" is much more certain. This also tends to be more expensive than a Scheduled Benefit design.
Scheduled Benefit Plans
This type of plan is designed to be lower priced than the Comprehensive plans. Though these plans have similar maximum benefits, you need to also look at the specific benefit levels for things like Inpatient & Outpatient Surgical Treatment and Hospital Emergency Room. These lower benefits can lead to a hospital billing for charges that exceed the covered benefit listed on the policy.
