Optional Riders for GlobeHopper Senior Multi-Trip

Under the GlobeHopper Senior Multi-Trip, you may elect to purchase an optional rider at the time of application. The optional rider provides additional coverage for a charge.

Evacuation Plus Rider:

(Non-Emergency Medical Evacuation)

This optional rider provides coverage for medical evacuations for sudden and unexpected medical conditions that are non-life-threatening, and where hospitalization is medically necessary. This rider will cover reimbursement up to a maximum of $25,000 for the transportation costs to the nearest hospital where the insured person will receive treatment to prevent further loss. The insured person may select a different Hospital in his/her Home Country at his/her option, but in such event they will be solely responsible for all costs and expenses in excess of the amounts that would have been incurred to the nearest qualified Hospital.
